Once dispatched, delivery to the United Kingdom typically takes 8-12 business days. However, this timeframe may vary slightly due to customs traffic or factors beyond our control. 😔

Cancellations:
You can cancel your order within the first 2 hours of purchase.
Please Note: Due to banking regulations in Wyoming (where our billing entity is based), a non-refundable processing fee of $14 - $16 USD (approx. £11 - £13 GBP) will be deducted from the refund. This fee is charged by the payment processors, not us.

While we work with trusted courier partners, sometimes packages can face delays or delivery issues.
Step 1: If your package is marked as delivered but missing, please check with your neighbors or contact the local courier depot first.
Step 2: If the courier cannot help, we will step in.
Even though the package is in the courier's hands, we will not leave you stranded! If a package is confirmed lost, we will issue a warning to the courier and, if not found within a week, we will resend your order free of charge.
If there is no public holiday in the warehouse's country (we ship from France, USA, or Asia depending on stock), a delay usually indicates an address error.
The most common issue is a typo in the Postcode (e.g., missing a digit or mixing letters/numbers). This triggers an alert in our barcode system.
In this case, we may pause the shipment to contact you and verify the address so your package doesn't get lost. If your address is correct and it’s been longer than 3 days, please contact our support team!
