We ship our magic worldwide from our global warehouses (France, USA, or Asia). Every order goes through a strict quality control process within 1-3 business days before dispatch.
Good news regarding fees: We handle all customs duties and taxes upfront. You will not face any extra charges or surprises upon delivery.
For the UK, orders are typically delivered within [6-10] business days after dispatch.
Unless there is a public holiday in the warehouse's country, a delay usually indicates an address verification is needed. Sometimes, a typo in the Postcode or address line triggers a system alert. In such cases, we may contact you to confirm details to ensure your package doesn't get lost. If your address is correct and it’s been longer than expected, please contact our support team.
While we work with trusted courier partners, sometimes magic can go astray. If your package is delayed or marked as delivered but missing, we recommend checking with the courier or neighbors first.
Our Guarantee: If the package is confirmed lost, we will issue a replacement immediately. If the courier cannot help, we will step in to resolve the issue for you. We won't leave you stranded!
We want you to be spellbound by your purchase! If you receive a faulty item, please email a photo and brief description to support@veritevue.com, and we will arrange a refund or replacement immediately.
Change of Mind: You can return items within 14 days. However, for hygiene reasons, pierced earrings cannot be returned unless they are faulty. For other items, simply contact us to start the return process.
